Yes. All appraisals are completed by or under the direct supervision of AACI-designated appraisers — the credential required by every major Canadian bank, credit union, Farm Credit Canada, and the CRA. Accepted without exception across all four provinces.

Most residential appraisals are completed in 3 to 5 business days. Commercial and agricultural appraisals typically take 5 to 7 business days. Rush service is available for urgent financing or legal timelines.

The CRA designation covers residential properties only. The AACI is the full designation covering all property types including commercial, industrial, and agricultural. All major lenders require an AACI-designated appraiser for commercial and farm appraisals.

Yes. We prepare retrospective appraisals valued at any past date — including date of death for estate purposes, date of acquisition for capital gains, and Valuation Day (December 31, 1971) for long-held properties.
